2.2 Account Information Accuracy

During registration, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact information, and valid identification documents as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) jibet account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under different names, addresses, email addresses, or identities, is strictly prohibited. jibet employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If we detect that you have created or attempted to create multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended or terminated, and any funds, bonuses, or winnings will be forfeited without compensation.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. You must notify jibet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. jibet will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security.

3. Prohibited Activities and User Conduct

3.1 Fraudulent Activity

jibet has zero tolerance for fraud, cheating, collusion, or any activity that undermines the integrity of our Services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: using automated bots or software to manipulate gameplay, exploiting software vulnerabilities or system errors, engaging in chip dumping or other forms of collusion in live games, engaging in money laundering or using the platform for illegal financial transactions, using stolen credit cards or fraudulent payment methods, and attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate charges. Any User found engaging in fraudulent activity will have their account immediately terminated, funds confiscated, and may face criminal prosecution.

3.2 Abusive Behavior

jibet is committed to maintaining a respectful and enjoyable environment for all Users. You agree not to engage in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behavior toward other Users, jibet staff, or customer support representatives. Prohibited conduct includes hate speech, verbal abuse in chat or communications, threats of violence, and harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability. Violations may result in chat restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

3.3 Restricted Jurisdictions

jibet accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers to Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), GrabPay, QR Ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). You agree to use only payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential account suspension.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

jibet may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits at our discretion. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. You are responsible for all fees charged by your payment provider. jibet does not charge deposit fees unless explicitly stated at the time of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Policies

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. You must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5-15 minutes for GCash and Maya, and within 24-48 hours for bank transfers. jibet reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawals if we suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. Withdrawal limits may apply based on your account status and verification level.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

All transactions, bets, and account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, they will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate, and conversion fees may apply. jibet is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees charged by third-party payment processors.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude certain Users from promotions if we have reasonable grounds to believe they are engaging in abusive or fraudulent behavior.

Upon termination, you will forfeit all bonuses, promotional funds, and potentially your entire account balance if the termination is due to fraudulent activity or material breach of these Terms.

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account, you will no longer have access to any jibet Services, and all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. jibet is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from account termination in accordance with these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

jibet Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, jibet disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. jibet does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall jibet, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if jibet has been advised of the possibility of such damages. jibet's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your jibet account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jibet, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use or misuse of the Services; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; or (d) any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity conducted through your account.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of jibet Services.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and jibet. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

14. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. jibet's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by jibet.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jibet regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written. No modification or amendment to these Terms shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of jibet.
